Damon Suede grew up out-n-proud deep in the anus of right-wing America, and escaped as soon as it was legal. He has lived all over: Houston, New York, London, Prague, with a few long stretches in New Orleans and Vienna. Along the way, he’s earned his crust as a model, a messenger, a promoter, a programmer, a sculptor, a singer, a stripper, a bookkeeper, a bartender, a techie, a teacher, a director... but writing has ever been his bread and butter. He has been
happily partnered for over a decade with the most loving, handsome, shrewd, hilarious, noble man to walk this planet.

Cravings: sweetness that isn’t sentimental, wit that isn’t bitter, strength that isn’t cruel. Loathings: professional victims, half-assery, clichés. Damon is a proud member of the Romance Writers of America and serves as the 2013 president for the Rainbow Romance Writers.

Ellis Carrington, Poppy Dennison, and Damon Suede and a host of your favorite scribes cut loose with suds and studs in abundance.

This project grew out of a desire to do some fun fast writing that could include a wide range of styles and stories. With its punchy episodes and high drama, it'll be a great way for authors to cut loose and for readers to explore unfamiliar voices or subgenres.  If you have an interest in over-the-top romance, come get soapy with us. Expect seductive gadgetry and dapper scoundrels and mythic love that doesn't run like clockwork... Tickle-tock and bring your wits!
• Hard Head: Book Two in the contemporary "Head" series picks up with the story of Tommy Dobsky, the self-destructive paramedic from Hot Head as he navigates the wreckage of his old life and the first glimmers of hope... and honesty. The gang returns as Griff and Dante take the next steps, but the "Hot Hookers" firehouse may be torn apart.
• Lickety Split: An urban cowboy contemporary: This one is murky still and a long ways off, but I can hear its boots on the porch. It will be more of a rodeo story than a ranch story, and more to do with the culture than the profession.
