Synopsis via Goodreads:
STRIPPED (a novel)
College freshman Quinn Montgomery will do anything to avoid the mistake her sister made—killing herself over a boy. But when she is forced into nude modeling at a local college to support her family after a bankruptcy, she begins to crack, just enough to let Torrin, the university’s top varsity oarsman, see that the real Quinn is not as feisty and unapproachable as she wants everyone to think. But letting someone in comes at a steep cost and, it turns out, Torrin is connected to Quinn’s family in more ways than she could ever imagine.
WITHOUT YOU (a novella)
She was broken when I met her, shattered from the death of her sister and running from love. Not to sound like an egotistical douche or anything, but I fixed her. Put her back together, filled in the cracks, and made her whole. A true fairytale in her eyes.
But now real life is getting in the way: school, jobs, and the unexpected opportunity to travel the world under a legendary photographer. This internship will open doors not even my father’s influence could. It’s something I’ve been waiting all my life for. But so is Quinn, and accepting this internship will mean leaving her.
And breaking her all over again.
Quinn Montgomery has a issues... a lot. Issues that keep a promise to her dead sister, issues to stay in college now that a scandal has cost her father his job. She's struggling to find her way in the world while trying to fulfill her family's expectations. It's a lot of responsibility for a young woman.
Torrin Hastings is also issues. He's trying to fulfill his father's wishes although it seems his father paid no heed to Torrin's desires. He's struggling to fit in despite his recent arrival to the university. And he's struggling to get to know Quinn better - a battle to be sure since she fights him every step.
“What’s up, Smokey?” a voice calls from the library bench up ahead. At first I’m pissed because someone’s already taken my spot and now I won’t get to sit in the warm sun, but then I see who it is. My lips curl into a frown.
“You’re in my spot,” I call up the steps.
Torrin laughs, flipping his magazine closed. I climb the stairs and head for the library door.
“Wait.” He jumps off the bench and strides toward me. “Where are you going?”
My hand hovers over the metal handle.
“Clearly you must be brain-dead if you think I’m going to sit with you so you can insult me or steal my cigarettes or criticize my wardrobe choices.”
“Listen.” He takes another step. “We got off on the wrong foot.”
“Did we?” I inhale. “Don’t tell me you’re wearing Axe body spray. You actually fell for those stupid commercials?”
“Okaaay…or maybe there is no right foot with you.”
Silence. He chuckles awkwardly and shifts on his feet. It’s my turn to say something, so I don’t. Uncomfortable silences are quite entertaining.
He shoves his hands in his pockets.
“I promise I won’t insult you,” he says. “And you can smoke a whole pack if you want.”
This book was more than a book.I feel every inch what they struggle in the life. I have a lot problem with my father so I thought ıt would interesting reading other one who has a issues with their dad.
But she was more that lucky than I am. She have Torrin.Anyways :D I'm not gonna talk about me anymore :D

About the Author
Brooklyn Skye grew up in a small town where she quickly realized writing was an escape from small town life. Really, she’s just your average awkward girl who’s obsessed with words. Stripped is her debut novel.
